Where It All Began

Why do good stories go untold?

Minri Media began with a bold question: could film and its experiences be commercial without losing the soul of the art? We believe the answer is yes. Because who says good art is only for connoisseurs?

A powerful story has the ability to move anyone, anywhere.

Minri Media is the starting line of this journey. Born from love for human culture, filmmaking, and storytelling, and guided by an entrepreneurial spirit, we exist at the intersection of art and capital.

We support and create works that are both artistically resonant and sustainably made, so that good stories can keep finding their way into the world. At Minri Media, we are reimagining film as an investable, scalable, and sustainable venture—where artistic integrity and financial viability strengthen, rather than oppose, one another.

Our Ambition

That's when we came together to make film profitable and viable, so that good stories can be told.

Faces Behind The Work

Our Core Team

Natalyn Ang

Founder & Managing Director

Natalyn entered the film industry wide-eyed at 18, discovering a passion for the ways stories reflect culture and society across every genre.

Natalyn’s career bridges cinema, arts, and culture. She spent years in government agencies managing grants, shaping Singapore’s arts and cultural landscape before returning to film production. An opportunity drew for her to reenter the film industry, leading to work as an Associate Producer on commercials, international co-productions, and the locally acclaimed feature Reunion Dinner, jointly produced with Chinese media company iQiyi.

Today, she oversees Minri Media in its entirety, including its arts & cultural experiential arm, Minri X. Natalyn envisions Minri as a cultural architect—building films and experiences that speak to everyone. Her hope is simple yet ambitious: to ensure powerful stories remain accessible to the everyday audience while sustaining the art form for generations to come.
